Rob and Marsha and Jim on Red Square - August 2010
Flat Tate came to visit us in Moscow, Russia. We spent a few days having his picture taken at fun places in Moscow.

Renik at the Meridian building
This is the back to the Meridian building. We through this door every morning and evening. There is a guard right inside making sure we are supposed be there. They smile and know us very well.
Moscow at night from an airplane.
Asur - this man and his wife rakes the leaves, shovels the snow and empty the gargabe cans for our area and building. He knows a little English.
Putting up a sign...no. They are washing the bulding!
Watermellon! The Russians LOVE watermellon. It is purchased and carried in a plastic sack all the way home or to the office. The young adults carried one all the way to our apartment! (WOW! I think carrying one from my car to the house is hard.)
These "fishermen" are always fishing in the pond in the park. The fish they catch are 4 or 5 inches long.
The park on our way to the office.
Roadwork at the Sokol metro stop.
On our way to church (the bur route) we walk along this path. This women is selling fresh fruits and vegetables.
A closer look at her fresh fruits and vegetables.
We never bought anything because we always walked by on a Sunday.
A decorative way to put bars across the windows.
A typical Russian playground.

Just wondering if you have found a Rook yet? The garden in front of your place looks so pretty.
Was there anything between you and the lion? I agree with Kae, that garden is beautiful, I love all the color it provides. I think the smoke adds to the elegance of the theater.
